I'm confused. did you make these? or find a recipe for them somewhere? I haven't made Guiness cupcakes, but I have made Guiness fudge, which is oh so tasty.
Jeshica's sister here. I've made Guiness cupcakes, and they are SO SO SO delicious. Deep and chocolatey and moist. Some friends and I brew beer and we had a beer tasting, so we served food that all had beer as ingredients, including the cupcakes. Everyone loved them! (The beer cheese dip was also good, as was the beer bread, and the beer cookies surprisingly weren't too bad.)
I have to agree. Intriguing, but where did you find them? I've heard of Guiness gelato (not good things, though). Guiness fudge sounds exciting. I have to do a fudge post sometime.
Welcome to Chickens Don't Cook! This is where people who love food, cooking, and the like go to share recipes, share ideas, and share enjoyment.
The blog was created because I frankly have not been able to find any food blogs that I find worth reading. The only half-decent one I found was in French, and while I liked the chance to brush up on the only other language I understand, I found it to be more work than it was worth. At the same time, I realized how many great cooks and foodies I knew.
The answer was obvious: get my friends to do my work for me. So without further ado, here is the beginning of Chickens Don't Cook.
